Frederick Mennonite Community, 2849 Big Road (Route 73), Frederick PA, recently celebrated the remodeling of its Magnolia House assisted living facilities with a re-dedication and open house that included local dignitaries and officials. Among those attending were TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce representatives, Frederick Mennonite staff members and residents, and state Sen. Bob Mensch. Frederick Mennonite chief executive officer John Hendrickson, who offered keynote remarks. Involved in the re-dedication were, from left, Tim Phelps, chamber president; Phil Jackson, Univest Bank; Mensch; Don Delp, Frederick Mennonite Community board chair; Hendrickson; Jackie Tallon, Upper Frederick Township manager; Gregg Scott of Reese Lower Patrick and Scott Architects; Bob Brandt, Benchmark president; and, in the front center, Frederick Mennonite resident Ethel Mellon.
